Episode 1

 

Better than us is a Russian show. This show shows the idea of a future with robots with AI working together with human, and generally integrated in the society. The rules for the robots are simple: never hurt a human, do whatever a human says and never do the second rule if it breaks the first one. 

In the beginning of the show we can see how the society works in this world. Everything looks very normal and the technology has taken over everything. the simplest task like making a phone a call are now just a matter of just saying who you wan to talk to and a computer will contact that person immediately. Technology in this show is everything. They show how technology could do task that we did not even think about, in the show life is easier and more productive due to Technology 

The main issue that this show shows on the first episode is when one robot killed a human being. This was something never seen before. You can tell that some people were having issues with the robots already, because they were not only taking over common human jobs, they were also taking over more human activities. You can tell that the owner of the robot that killed the human was in a complete oppositional view. He understood what happened, but he just refused to believe it, and now he is doing everything he can to hide the actual facts.
